Board of Directors
As detailed in the GiEPA Act, the Agency is overseen by a Board of Directors.
The Board is comprised of nine members: Three from the Private Sector with extensive experience in the area of Trade, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Financial matters. Six are ex officio members namely; the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration & Employment (MoTIRIE), Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs (MoFEA), Ministry of Higher, Education, Research, Science and Technology (MoHERST), Office of the President (OP), The Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industries (GCCI), and the Chief Executive Officer of GiEPA.
