EPZs and Parks
EXPORT PROCESSING ZONES AND INDUSTRIAL PARKS
The Gambia offers several export processing zones (EPZs) and industrial parks that provide significant benefits to both foreign and local investors seeking to establish or expand their operations in the country.
Enterprises operating within EPZs enjoy exemptions from import duties, excise duties, corporate income tax, and municipal taxes. Additionally, enterprises located outside an EPZ that export at least 30% of their products are eligible for a 10% reduction in annual corporate or turnover tax liability for up to five years.
